As the Head of Consultancy Services, you will join the Value & Innovation Team, directly reporting to the Chief Delivery Officer, and play a crucial role in spearheading the growth and evolution of the Consultancy and Auditing Services team.

This PERMANENT role is home-based and fully REMOTE (based in the UK) with client site visits, as required.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust consultancy services strategy that sets industry benchmarks and supports the organisation’s vision.
  • Service Delivery: Lead the delivery of Service Desk Certification (SDC) Audits and innovate the service methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with the internal tool design team and top executives to integrate AI technologies, refining our product portfolio.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and develop additional revenue streams through consultancy and training services.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the organisation at high-profile conferences, host engaging webinars, and lead virtual events that spotlight the industry leadership.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a supportive environment aligned with the corporate values encouraging care, commitment, continual improvement, and respect among the team.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Consultancy or Auditing services to a global community.
  • Manage and enhance the Body of Knowledge related to Service Desk Certification.
  • Regularly interact with the senior leadership team to align with the organisation’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure all consultancy services meet high standards and consistently deliver brilliant digital or human experiences.
  • Drive conversations with clients to tailor bespoke consultancy or training solutions.

What We Require:

  • Consultancy Experience: You must have had at least 3 years of consultancy experience
  • Education & Certification: Degree level education with ITIL® 4 Foundation.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in ITSM-related consultancy services, with a proven track record in leadership roles within the ITSM industry.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive innovation in consultancy practices.
  • Knowledge & Understanding: Of best practice standards and audit programmes.
