Yasmeen Chong is CEO at BPGurus, a company specialized in consulting and training in best practices for digital services and IT Service Management.

She is a passionate trainer, consultant, speaker, and professor in the Latin America region. Her experience leading various teams and projects has led her to believe that inspiring people is the most important action.

She is co-author of the book ”ITIL 4 High-Velocity IT” and the ITIL®4 Talent Management practice. Her career has focused on helping organizations to adopt integral solutions in ITSM, AI, telecommunications, robotics, and e-learning. She is an ITIL expert, lead auditor of ISO 20,000, and lead auditor at the Service Desk Institute.

Pioneer of the Digital Empathy theme in Mexico and a finalist for the Globant Awards – Women Who Build in 2021, an international recognition for women who have built their careers in technology inspiringly.

In 2024, she was appointed as a board member at AMITI (Mexican Association of Information Technologies) and actively participated in several forums focusing on the empowerment of women in IT.

She combines C-level responsibilities by conviction and vocation with teaching at the postgraduate level, specializing in ITSM and Data Science for digital transformation. She leads the Postgraduate Program in Data Intelligence at Universidad La Salle México.
