Since 2015, I have been an Associate Recruiter with SDI, specialising in Service Desk and ITSM recruitment. With over 30 years’ experience in recruitment, I focus on recruiting talent for busy Service Delivery teams, ensuring that businesses have the skilled professionals they need to thrive in today’s tech-driven world – those with excellent soft skills as well as technical ability.

My approach goes beyond the typical “bums on seats” mentality, combining recruitment expertise with strategic business management to deliver lasting results. I also coach and mentor individuals to improve performance and communication skills, drawing on my qualifications as an NLP Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist. Outside of work, I enjoy walking my golden retriever around the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, as well as cooking and gardening.
