Experienced professional in Advanced Technologies, IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Experience (CX) and Service Desks. She has a degree in Cybernetics and Computer Systems Engineering from La Salle University and a Master’s and PhD in Advanced Technology from the National Polytechnic Institute.

Certified as ITIL® Master, Lead Auditor of ISO 20000, 27001 and the Service Desk Institute, ITIL®4 Maturity Model Assessor, Experience Management, Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, SCRUM, among others.

She has participated as an author, reviewer and with the official translations in some of the best global practices representing Latin America, among them the SDI standards or the Experience Optimization Framework. Co-author of the ITIL® 4 High Velocity IT book and the Talent Management practice. She was recently recognised as ITIL® Ambassador by PeopleCert and Experience Optimization Framework Ambassador by Experience Collab.

Senior consultant and international speaker who has lectured in different countries in the area of IT engineering and IT Service Management. He has contributed to a large number of organisations globally in the design of strategies and operating models for their alignment with business objectives, always putting people at the centre, i.e. humanising IT as the key piece for digital transformation.

Passionate about promoting to organisations that best practices should be adapted and adopted, she has experience in training, auditing and implementation of IT Service Management projects, process optimisation and Service Desks in financial, service and government sectors in Mexico, Latin America and Europe. In addition, with a broad commitment to motivate new generations to learn about the STEM world and that as women we seek to transform the industry.

She currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at BP Gurus and SDI Representative for Latin America.
