Our client is seeking first line support / technical service desk analyst for a role based in its London office. The role calls for excellent customer service skills, first line technical support experience and the ability to work independently, supporting both London based users and providing remote support across other sites. In summary, a solid IT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support role.
Ideally, ITIL qualified (although knowledge of the ITIL framework is sufficient) you will use your IT Support / Service Desk Analyst experience for the following key responsibilities:
